Frequently
Asked Questions

What is microbetting?

Microbetting is betting on discrete instances within a match. This includes betting on whether the next play in a football match will be a run or a pass, or whether the next pitch in baseball will be a ball or a strike.

Why microbetting?

We believe microbetting is the future of in-play sports betting. It allows bettors to get skin in the game without committing to a full outcome, which they might not have the time to see through. On top of that, placing a few small bets helps to de-risk the user.

Do you have plans to expand past microbetting?

We offer core markets for some of our partners! These include bets on who will win the game, spread bets, and point/run totals.

How long does integration take?

It depends on our products! When we first integrated our odds feed with DraftKings, it took 6 months. We’ve become more efficient and our more recent integration with Caesars took just 1 month. Our free-to-play game integration for YES took four months (which included the full design of a new game!) For Betr, we built a sportsbook from scratch in 8 months!

In what states are Simplebet licensed to offer betting markets?

As of 6/12/23 Simplebet holds the necessary licenses in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Ontario (Canada), Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, Washington, and Washington D.C.

Can you work with companies outside the US?
